The owner Geoff was also gracious enough to spend almost an hour answering questions, educating me on the new technologies and showing me several different options within my budget. I never once felt pressured into a sale and was most impressed by the top-of-the-line companies they carry. I can't thank Jeff and his team enough for his professionalism and knowledge in helping me purchase the perfect road bike for me! I came into his store and explained I'm still new to the sport and had only ridden an old steel frame bike I bought for $25.00 at the Pelatonia bike swap in Granville the year before. My friend Kim gave me her old helmet and Meredith gave me her old bike seat and I was off and riding but now I was ready for a new ride. He began fitting me to as many bikes on his show room that would fit me and I fell in love with the Specialized Ruby! I have had so many compliments on this bike and it is so comfortable to ride! I've been back several times just getting everything just right and not one time has he made me feel like I'm putting him out! I have all kind of newby questions and he answers them all! Fantastic customer service and extremely knowledgeable!
This is a high end bike store that caters to the large cycling crowd in the area. During the season, regular rides start in the nearby parking lot drawing 100 riders on some nights. This past New Year's Day, VeloScience and COTC (Central Ohio Triathlon Club)sponsored a ride. About 60 riders participated and were treated to free pizza and homemade beer. Geoff Clark, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and will help you get what you need.
