Great program and great people.

Best Chabbad in all the world!

Lifetown is a wonderful place and does fantastic work with the children in Central Ohio who benefit the most from this experience.

The Rabbi and his Family, as well as the people involved there, are with golden hearts and with loving ideas all of whom truly care about those who come there for services to pray, to learn and for great planned events Their knowledge of Judaism, History of the Religion, Spiritual Facts of How to Be A Good Jew, and of The Laws of Jewish Life is phenomenal. They also are one of a kind in helping Disabled Children in a place called Life Town.....it is what it means. Children are bused in from local schools and elsewhere from all walks of life and backgrounds and religions to learn from a wonderfully put together staff of coordinated volunteers to learn life skills. Top ranked organizations, associations and other groups throughout Columbus, Ohio and the surrounding areas are invited to participate to help advance these children's lifes. Inside the Chabad building is a recreation of a real place to be in life with a bank, a library, a deli, a hair salon, an animal shelter and much more.....all where disabled children learn. Other children thru to adults of all ages can also learn from classes that are brought in with international, national and local ties. On Sunday mornings, weeknights and on Sabbaths learning continues and the fun goes on as The Rabbi, himself, has a sense of humor, enthusiasm like no one I have ever met. He could be a great comic and makes you think and laugh. Anyways, there is so much more to say about a community center, religious synagogue, and a place that will soon have a Mikvah. I call it one stop shopping for all your needs. And their are many times 4 to 6 rabbis and scholars there daily. Also, they have a new set up to help extend the beauty and power of Chabad to the people of Downtown Columbus, Ohio. The Rabbi's son opened a center there recently at end of 2016 and it is a solid place to go which is a clone of the Chabad set up like in New Albany. Ease of convenience getting intonand out of both places, helps, having a kosher kitchen on site in New Albany Chabad is great and The Rabbi's family and Volunteers who cook are tops in creating delicious kosher meals. And, on Friday night after services, the Rabbi invites any who wants to go eat at home a meal in an intimate yet so fun an atmosphere that you leave knowing that God is in this home...a home filled with children of all ages, a home that has Jewishness inside and a home as well as of the other Rabbis of Chabad that have deep rooted ties to the foundation, spread and of the light of the Chabad Movement. No where across the states or when traveling abroad have I found a family feeling like this. I love Chabad and they have helped me in every facet of my life to grow, live better and understand my purpose and to build a family and have meaningful Jewish lofty and attenable goals. They know also how to combine the old world values, characterizations of life, ethics, values, morals and more and bring them all into and entwined into the 21st Century and with every day affairs. Come be apart of something which can help change your life and others. ..as some of the congregants and rabbis and others even go to prisons to help men and women incarcerated there know what it means to be people of God and people who can contribute to this world...same said of how many, including the Rabbis and their family take time through out the days, weeks and months of the year to visit with sick [young and old] people or those who are mourning the loss of a loved one. Somehow, they do hundreds of things, somehow they spread Jewdism at events all over this big town of Columbus, Ohio, and somehow they bring students from Yeshivas, children from many cities who have Chabads there, and somehow bring the best known speakers from around the globe to be with them. Truly an awesome place to be. Love it and so does my family.

Must visit. Beautiful.

They also make it very easy to volunteer and be a mentor.
