Bad Customer Service.
When I first called, they kept me in hold for 15 minutes and transferred me back and forth between receptionist and domestic travel agents 3 times, even though I dialed the international travel extension from the start. One of their phone lines had such a loud echo that I could not hear the employee at the other end. They finally took my number to call back. When they called back an hour later, the agent was rude and seemed poorly educated. When I requested a lowest quote based on a flexible departure date, she interrupted me, saying that's impossible and that she needs exact dates. She assured me that international airfare does not fluctuate based on the departure date so the flexibility would not affect the quote.... right... all this stated with a lot of sass in response to mild-mannered questioning. In short, Travel Solutions (New Albany, Ohio) found it "impossible" to perform a task that another travel agency had already done earlier that day (I was calling to compare quotes).
So you call the number, you get the recording "welcome to the ts24 leisure travel, ;the next available rep will be right with you, to better serve you the call may be recorded, and then it says I'm sorry I didn't understand your response and repeats itself over and over again! It never asked me to respond to anything. Worst phone experience ever
