Giant Eagle up in Westerville/New Albany area was a good experience... Except for the prices. Giant Eagle prices area much higher the other grocery stores.
What really sells the place are the employees who are all very, very nice.
I had not shopped here. I had only grabbed s hot lunch special to go.
The layout of this Giant Eagle is strange. I do find everything, but I hit the same aisle twice, sometimes 3 times in doing so. I use Keep lists and I still do this!
But, the customer service at this particular location... Was amazing!!
Easy to navigate, not a lot of traffic in store! Employees were easy to find and ask questions. Good beer cooler!
Clean, helpful staff....a bit more expensive than usual grocery store
