Online order, lost and never shipped to New Albany store. Managers not willing to help find or call. Going to be 4 weeks on April 22. Credit card already paid for. I suggest shopping at Home Depot or Lowe's or Amazon. Day time staff and manager clueless. Never shopping at Ace Hardware New Albany, which is actually in the City of Columbus. Never very crowded, staffed very well. Employee's are extremely helpful and courteous. I've been here several times, and even when they're busy if you need assistance you won't be waiting long. They literally have an army of employee's, including what appears to be reserves. Store is very clean, it is by far the most impressive hardware store in the city of New Albany and Columbus.

They usually have what I need. Prices vary from inexpensive to really expensive. They have some good sales. The staff is usually helpful and knowledgeable but tend to pounce on you when you walk in the door and follow you around.
Quaint atmosphere and helpful staff. The employee who helped us, Bob, was extremely kind and patient as my family took him through our long shopping list to maintain our home. Would recommend this location!
